Founder, Hayley Hamburg, is a seasoned communications professional with almost 20 years’ experience working for some of the biggest brands in the world including Disney, Viacom, Virgin Media, BBC (One, Two and Three) Channel 4, Princess Productions, Virgin Media, Sky TV, Freeview, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Sony Entertainment, EMI, Universal and HIT Entertainment. Working in senior roles at some of the top, award-winning PR agencies in London, including Taylor Herring and House PR, Hayley headed up accounts for leading media and entertainment brands. In 2008 Hayley was appointed as PR Director for creative hothouse, The Hospital Club, where she oversaw communications for the club, art gallery and studio as well as launching partnerships and running off site press offices with Frieze Art Fair, Mercury Music Prize and Cannes Film Festival. In 2009, Hayley was appointed as deputy head of press for LIVING TV, which led to her appointment as senior PR Manager for Disney Channels UK and EMEA, where she oversaw the rebrand of its preschool channel, Disney Junior, and rolled out this launch campaign across ten EMEA markets. She also launched the then newly created TV channel for boys, Disney XD, across the UK as well as eight additional EMEA markets.
In 2012 Hayley was headhunted as deputy head of press for MTV UK, Australia, Russia and Hungary, driving a PR team of six people and working across the business as part of an integrated 360 team. Within this role she built global smash hit entertainment brands such as Geordie Shore, Catfish and Ex on the Beach from the ground up: building the profiles of cast within media to create the household-name celebrities they are today. She also managed the UK element supporting global media campaigns for the channel’s flagship annual music events, the EMAs and the VMAs. Moving into the digital era, she oversaw the channel’s and individual show’s social media strategies and implemented high impact digital creative campaigns. In 2015, Hayley set up her own agency, Rave PR, which has swiftly become a firm favourite within the consumer lifestyle and film and entertainment industries.
